Naturopathic medicine is a primary health care profession emphasizing education, prevention, treatment and optimal health of mind, body and spirit.
Naturopathic Doctors provide evidence-informed natural and supportive therapies, which complement standard of care medicine.
Therapeutic care varies and may include acupuncture, botanicals, physical therapy, clinical nutrition, homeopathy, diet and lifestyle counselling and/or intravenous therapies.

I am a firm believer that everyone should have access to affordable and sustainable health care. Naturopathic medicine is not covered under provincial health care plans. I attempt to keep rates low so more people can have access to naturopathic care.

In your first appointment, I will do a thorough intake of your health history and learn about your health goals. Once this part of the visit is complete, I will educate you on the various treatment options available and work with you on developing a holistic treatment plan.

In follow up visits we review how things are progressing on your current plan and make adjustments if need be. This is also a time for you to express new health goals, should they arise.
